• Turnaround time begins when you approve a hard copy color proof.
• Business days run Monday through Friday, excepting the holidays shown below.
• Shipping time is NOT included in the turnaround time.
• If the digital files provided do not conform to our file requirements, proofing and production will be delayed until we receive acceptable files.
